Effective October 13, 2026
This policy explains how Suite Shots Jenks ("Suite Shots", "we", "us"), 600 Riverwalk Ter, Jenks, OK 74037, collects and uses information you share on this page.
When you ask about an event we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, company or group name if you give one, and your answers to our short questions (the occasion, your headcount and your preferred timing or date). We also record the page you submitted from and campaign details from the link you clicked (for example, which ad you saw).
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry: to check availability, send event options and pricing, answer your questions and follow up about your event. We use campaign details to understand which of our ads are useful.
Submitting this form lets our event team contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. This page does not sign you up for marketing text messages. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We use service providers to host this page, store inquiries in our customer database and help us respond. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
This page may use advertising measurement tools, such as the Meta pixel, that use cookies to tell us when someone who clicked an ad submits an inquiry. You can limit this through your browser settings and your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram.
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email info@suiteshotsjenks.com or call (918) 528-5684.
